Concentrix, leader globale in tecnologia e servizi, cerca un Senior Infrastructure Engineer per garantire la soddisfazione dei clienti attraverso l'adozione e il supporto dei programmi Windows Server. Questo ruolo include consulenza strategica e ottimizzazione dell'infrastruttura, lavorando da remoto da casa in Italia. Richiesta esperienza in storage, networking e Windows Server.

Competenze

• Fluente in italiano (orale e scritto) e buone competenze in inglese.
• 5+ anni di esperienza con DNS / DHCP e Hyper-V.
• Esperienza con Active Directory, inclusi Kerberos e LDAP.

Job Title : Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Ensure customer satisfaction through deployment, adoption, and support of Windows Server programs.
• Assist customers with building, deploying, operating, and optimizing infrastructure.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding best practices and risk mitigation.
• Work remotely from Italy, supporting projects and clients.

Requirements :

• Expertise in Storage (SAN, NAS, DAS), understanding storage architecture.
• Experience with Failover, Planned Failover, Test Failures, Unplanned Failover.
• Proficiency with Windows Clusters.
• 5+ years experience with DNS / DHCP and Hyper-V.
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2016, 2019, and later versions.
• Experience with Active Directory, including Kerberos, LDAP, and security groups.
• Strong understanding of TCP / IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP, and networking services.
• Fluent in Italian (oral and written), with good English communication skills.
