Responsibilities :

• Ensure customer satisfaction, deployment, adoption, and support of Windows Server programs.
• Assist customers in building, deploying, operating, and optimizing solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and specialist, guiding best practices and risk mitigation.
• This role is a work-from-home position based in Italy.

Requirements :

Active Directory & Windows Server (2016, 2019) :

• Expertise in Storage SAN, NAS, DAS, and storage stack architecture.
• Experience with Failover, Planned Failover, Test Failure, Unplanned Failover.
• Knowledge of Windows Clusters.
• Experience with Windows Server 2019+.
• 5+ years experience with DNS / DHCP.
• 5+ years experience with Hyper-V.

Active Directory :

• Over five years in systems development, network operations, or IT consulting.
• Knowledge of Windows Server OS, NTFS / Share Permissions, File Sharing, Performance Monitoring, Event Logging, Windows Firewall, User / Group Management.
• Understanding of Kerberos, LDAP, Sites, Security Groups.
• Familiarity with TCP / IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP, Routing, and firewall management.
• Language Requirements : Fluent in Italian (oral and written), good in English (oral and written).
