Concentrix, un leader mondial des technologies et services, recherche un Senior Infrastructure Engineer pour rejoindre son équipe. Ce rôle comprend la fourniture de services de conseil stratégique et l'optimisation de l'infrastructure pour améliorer les résultats des clients. Le candidat idéal aura une expertise en stockage, ainsi qu'une expérience avec Windows Server et DNS/DHCP. Le poste est 100% remote en Italie, contribuant à des projets variés tout en assurant la satisfaction des clients.

Competenze

• 5+ années d'expérience avec DNS/DHCP et Hyper-V.
• Expertise en stockage (SAN, NAS, DAS) et architecture de stockage.
• Fluente en italien et bonnes compétences en anglais.

Mansioni

• Assurer la satisfaction client par le déploiement et le support des programmes Windows Server.
• Aider les clients à construire et optimiser l'infrastructure.
• Servir en tant que conseiller de confiance sur les meilleures pratiques.

Job Title : Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Ensure customer satisfaction through deployment, adoption, and support of Windows Server programs.
• Assist customers with building, deploying, operating, and optimizing infrastructure.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding best practices and risk mitigation.
• Work remotely from Italy, supporting projects and clients.

Requirements :

• Expertise in Storage (SAN, NAS, DAS), understanding storage architecture.
• Experience with Failover, Planned Failover, Test Failures, Unplanned Failover.
• Proficiency with Windows Clusters.
• 5+ years experience with DNS / DHCP and Hyper-V.
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2016, 2019, and later versions.
• Experience with Active Directory, including Kerberos, LDAP, and security groups.
• Strong understanding of TCP / IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP, and networking services.
• Fluent in Italian (oral and written), with good English communication skills.
