Concentrix è alla ricerca di un Ingegnere Senior di Infrastruttura per supportare i clienti con l'implementazione e ottimizzazione delle loro infrastrutture IT. In questa posizione, lavorerai in modo remoto fornendo consulenze strategiche e consigli sulla gestione dei sistemi, contribuendo così a migliorare gli esiti per i clienti attraverso la tua expertise tecnica e conoscenza approfondita della tecnologia.

Competenze

• 5+ anni di esperienza in DNS/DHCP e Hyper-V.
• Conoscenza di Windows Server 2016, 2019, e versioni successive.
• Solida comprensione di TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP e servizi di rete.

Mansioni

• Garantire la soddisfazione del cliente attraverso il supporto dei programmi Windows Server.
• Assistere i clienti nella costruzione e ottimizzazione delle infrastrutture.
• Guidare pratiche migliori e mitigazione dei rischi.

Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Ensure customer satisfaction through deployment, adoption, and support of Windows Server programs.
• Assist customers with building, deploying, operating, and optimizing infrastructure.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding best practices and risk mitigation.
• Work remotely from Italy, supporting projects and clients.

Requirements :

• Expertise in Storage (SAN, NAS, DAS), understanding storage architecture.
• Experience with Failover, Planned Failover, Test Failures, Unplanned Failover.
• Proficiency with Windows Clusters.
• 5+ years experience with DNS / DHCP and Hyper-V.
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2016, 2019, and later versions.
• Experience with Active Directory, including Kerberos, LDAP, and security groups.
• Strong understanding of TCP / IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP, and networking services.
• Fluent in Italian (oral and written), with good English communication skills.
