Ariston Group in Osimo is seeking an Industrial Engineering Senior Specialist to lead the industrialization of new products and drive continuous improvements across manufacturing processes.

You will collaborate with R&D, Quality, Logistics, Operations, Procurement and Maintenance to ensure successful product launches, implement Lean/WCM, and drive cost reductions while developing team capabilities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Management Engineering.
• 5+ years of Industrial Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in new product industrialization and process improvement.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing / WCM / Continuous Improvement programs.
• SAP and CAD skills are desirable.

Mansioni

• Lead the industrialization of new products, ensuring readiness of manufacturing processes, equipment, and production documentation.
• Manage Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and support product/process modifications.
• Collaborate in DFM, FMEA and Stage & Gate reviews to ensure manufacturability and robustness.
• Design, review, and continuously improve manufacturing processes for ergonomics, productivity, capacity, and waste reduction.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) initiatives to eliminate non-value-added activities.
• Perform Time & Methods analyses, workstation ergonomics assessments, line balancing, and process optimization.
• Define routing, manufacturing phases, cycle times, and standard operating procedures.
• Support design and implementation of material presentation systems and logistics handling standards.
• Lead Kaizen projects focused on productivity, quality, safety, and cost improvements.
• Collaborate with global/local IE teams to deploy best practices; coach junior engineers.
