Job Description

La tua nuova azienda
For a multinational industrial group operating in the civil engineering sector, we are looking for a Senior Industrial Controller to implement the HQ controlling department.

Il tuo nuovo ruolo
The Candidate, within the Corporate Controlling team, and reporting directly to the Group Head of Controlling and functionally to the Group Chief Operations Officer, will be responsible for standardizing the industrial management control system for all operations, end-to-end, from supply chain to purchasing, manufacturing, and customer delivery.

He/she will be responsible for the following activities:

1. Standardization of industrial control processes and procedures for all operations globally;
2. Construction and management of production KPI dashboards;
3. Drafting, supervision, and control of the Budget and Forecast process for the entire operations area (COGS > 500 mln€);
4. Drafting and supervision of monthly and quarterly reports and presentations to the Group COO and industrial management;
5. Determination of total landed production costs in the financial statement and variance analysis;
6. Supervision and management of the release process of standard product costs;
7. Ad hoc analysis (direct labor, raw materials, make/buy);
8. Analysis of variances (Bill, Cycles, Production Orders);
9. Stock enhancement and control, stock analysis;
10. Investment control and payback analysis;
11. Audit of industrial costs for production plants;
12. Analysis and review of production costs (Transformation Cost, Opex, Capex).

Qualifiche e competenze richieste
The ideal candidate has a Degree in Management Engineering and 7-10 years of experience within multinational industrial groups with a matrix structure, where they have implemented industrial controlling processes. Excellent knowledge of OIC and IAS/IFRS accounting principles, proficiency in Italian and English (written and spoken), advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, and preferably knowledge of SAP and Tagetik are required. Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various corporate functions internationally, along with analytical and problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel for business are essential.
