Pattison Shepley Ruvolo is seeking a Senior Immigration Lawyer to advise on Italian immigration legislation and serve as the main point of contact for a range of corporate clients. You will lead a team of immigration specialists, guiding complex cases and delegating caseloads while staying connected with government departments.

You will regularly train clients and colleagues on legislative developments, support global mobility across jurisdictions, and proactively contribute to business

Formación

• Strong experience in corporate immigration advising on Italian legislation.
• Experience in a corporate law firm or professional services environment.
• People management experience leading a team of consultants.
• Knowledge of current Italian immigration legislation.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Global firm has a brand-new requirement for a Senior Immigration Lawyer to advise on Italian immigration legislation. You will provide main point of contact service to a range of high-profile organisations, keeping them updated with legislation changes, whilst advising on best labour law practice.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of the leadership team for a developing practice.

Your main responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

• Provide main point of contact service to a range of corporate clients regarding Italian immigration queries
• Lead a team of immigration specialists providing advice on Italian immigration legislation
• Act as an escalation point regarding any complex cases
• Delegate caseloads across team members
• Work closely with government departments
• Provide regular training and guidance to clients and colleagues on legislative and policy developments.
• Support global mobility and immigration projects across multiple jurisdictions.
• Take an active role in business development, driving the development of the firms' service

You will ideally:

• Hold strong experience in corporate immigration advising on Italian legislation
• Demonstrated experience of working within a corporate law firm or professional services environment
• Previous people management experience is key, as you will be leading a team of specialist consultants
• You will be able to demonstrate knowledge & expertise of current Italian immigration legislation
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Ability to build strong client relationships is also key as you will provide a main point of contact service to a range of high-profile global organisations
• Previous exposure to global immigration or international mobility programmes would be advantageous.
• Exposure to advising HNW private clients regarding immigration and citizenship queries is also advantageous
• Candidates who are not qualified lawyers but can demonstrate strong exposure within the corporate immigration field may also be considered
