A leading ceramics manufacturer in Milan is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to oversee the entire recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably from a multinational background, and possess strong communication skills. This role offers an opportunity to implement innovative recruitment strategies and build relationships with key external partners.

Competenze

  • 3-5 years of hands-on recruiting experience, preferably from headhunting or multinational companies.
  • Up to date with the latest recruiting trends, tools, and sourcing methods.
  • Fluent in English (minimum C1); German is a plus.

Mansioni

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from needs assessment to contract signing.
  • Design and implement innovative recruiting strategies.

Your Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle – from initial needs assessment to contract signing.
  • Design and implement innovative recruiting strategies to identify, attract, and engage top talents.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and service providers to broaden our talent pipeline.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our leaders on all matters related to talent acquisition and selection.
  • Continuously optimize and enhance recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
Your Profile
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field – or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of hands-on recruiting experience, we will evalute profile coming from Head Hunting / Recruiting companies or from recruiter role in Multinational Company
  • Up to date with the latest recruiting trends, tools, and sourcing methods.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, paired with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, ideally Workday.
  • Fluent in English (minimum C1), German will be considered an advantage.
