FRAG Srl is seeking a Lead HSE Design Engineer to lead the HSE engineering activities for international Oil & Gas projects. You will oversee embedding health, safety and environmental aspects across the project lifecycle and act as the focal point for HSE design matters.

You will provide technical leadership, coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces, and guide compliant safety solutions for complex facilities, ensuring high safety standards across all engineering disciplines.

Competenze

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of relevant HSE Engineering experience in Oil & Gas.
Experience in multicultural and international project environments.
Strong understanding of process safety principles and risk-based design approaches.
Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

Lead and coordinate all HSE engineering and design activities for Projects.
Act as primary technical authority for HSE design within the project organization.
Plan, facilitate and supervise major HSE studies (HAZOP, SIL, LOPA, Escape, Evacuation).
Review and approve HSE deliverables (HazOp Reports, SIL Assessments, Fire Protection layouts).
Ensure integration of HSE requirements across engineering disciplines (Process, Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil).
Participate in project reviews and management meetings, identifying risks and proposing mitigations.
