The Position

In this newly established position, you will develop and implement HR strategies and policies to align with business goals and Novo Nordisk HR strategies. Furthermore, you will:

  1. Drive organisational development initiatives in accordance with the NN way
  2. Manage and develop talent within the organisation by implementing programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent
  3. Foster employee engagement and enhance the overall employee experience
  4. Oversee talent acquisition processes
  5. Facilitate employee development and training programmes
Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you have a MSc degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. You bring 7-10 years of proven experience in HR strategy development and implementation, preferably in a global organisation within the pharmaceutical industry. You have a strong background in organisational development and talent management, and experience in designing and delivering employee development and training programmes. In addition, you have:

  • Excellent skills in employee engagement and talent acquisition
  • Strong analytical skills to support organisational design and workforce planning
  • Ability to guide resourcing needs, career development, and succession planning
  • Experience in a global organisation
  • Familiarity with advanced HR technologies and systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Italian, written and spoken

You will be joining a newly established and growing area in our company, responsible for designing, planning, and building all major fill & finish expansion projects across Novo Nordisk to meet the needs of millions of patients. You will be part of a global team developing the pharma facilities of the future and working with advanced technology to rethink our fill & finish facilities.
