Join us as HR Business Partner! Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for an HRBP to join the HR team. The position will be based in Milano.

Key accountabilities
  • Be the key liaison with managers, providing support on complex HR issues and suggesting opportunities for improvements, efficiencies, and new projects.
  • Contribute to the implementation of HR strategies to meet business needs.
  • Ensure HR processes (e.g., Performance Management, Talent Review) are locally adapted, followed, and well-implemented, supporting alignment across Euronext countries.
  • Lead successful delivery of strategic projects for 2024, fostering a culture of communication, change management, and transformation.
  • Deliver our annual TOM target on Workday Workforce Planning on time, within budget, and with high quality, supporting managers in budget definition related to HCs (permanent and fixed).
  • Support the compensation review process.
  • Facilitate internal mobility and job rotations.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives and mitigate people-related risks.
  • Ensure excellent HR service provision and communication to management and employees.
  • Develop a strong network with internal and external stakeholders.
Your profile :
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in a complex organization.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and adapt quickly to change.
  • Integrity, confidentiality, and rigor in applying and explaining rules.
