About the Position
The Senior HR Advisor People Services is a key partner in delivering high-quality, data driven and locally relevant HR support to employees and line managers. The role ensures consistent execution of HR policies and processes and manages complex employee data changes and position management in Yara PeoplePath (YPP), while supporting the full employee lifecycle.
As a senior member of the team, the advisor handles more complex HR cases, provides guidance to colleagues, and acts as a point of escalation for operational issues. The focus is on enabling smooth, compliant, and people-focused HR service delivery across the region. The People Services team covers four main services, namely Core HR Services, HR Reporting and Analytics Services, Global Mobility Coordination and Digitalization & Governance. The service delivery of Core HR Services responds to regional language needs and will be provided in six regional languages apart from English (German, Finnish, French, Italian, Spanish and Swedish).
