RINA is recruiting a Senior Hardware Design Engineer to join the Rome office within the Electronics and System Engineering division. The role focuses on designing digital boards using FPGAs and microcontrollers, managing high-speed signals, and power distribution, with lab integration and documentation responsibilities.

The candidate should have a Master’s in Electrical Engineering or related field and at least 6 years in hardware design, preferably in aerospace, with strong signal/power

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in hardware design, preferably in aerospace applications.
• Proficiency in designing digital boards with FPGA and microcontrollers.
• Experience with impedance-controlled board design for high-speed signals.
• Knowledge of power management and distribution board design.
• Strong understanding of signal integrity and power integrity principles.
• Proficient in hardware simulation and analysis tools.
