Rockwell Automation, a global technology leader, seeks a Senior Hardware Customer Care Specialist to provide high-level technical support for industrial hardware platforms (PC x86/x64 and ARM). This role handles post-sales inquiries, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve complex issues.

The position requires 3+ years in technical customer support, knowledge of Windows/Linux, and familiarity with industrial networks.

Competenze

• Experience in industrial automation or related tech field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with computer networks and industrial fieldbus technologies.
• Experience using CRM and ticketing systems.
• English and Italian language proficiency.
• Team player with collaboration skills.

Mansioni

• Provide technical support for hardware platforms based on PC x86/x64 and ARM architectures.
• Deliver professional post-sales customer support and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Analyze hardware problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Manage and document support tickets from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate with Repairs, Engineering, Quality, Operations, Production, Sales, and Product Management.
• Identify and recommend appropriate spare parts and replacement solutions.
