Your mission

As a Senior Growth Specialist at Blank, you will play a central role in shaping and executing scalable, data-driven customer acquisition strategies through high-performance paid media and advanced marketing automation. You’ll focus on key growth initiatives across the full performance marketing funnel, continuously testing, optimising, and iterating to drive growth in a fast-paced environment.

You will have a direct and measurable impact on client acquisition, working to improve CAC, lead quality, and conversion metrics. Reporting to the Marketing and Communication Manager, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Compliance to ensure alignment and execution of business priorities. You’ll also actively contribute to the go-to-market strategy and support the achievement of our ambitious expansion objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Acquisition
  • Optimize paid acquisition channels: take ownership of day-to-day execution and performance of multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads while meeting cost-efficiency targets.
  • Monitor budget and performance metrics: track and analyse key KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, and LTV, providing insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and impact.
  • Develop targeting and segmentation strategies: use audience data, funnel behavior, and campaign analytics to design and iterate on high-performing targeting approaches.
Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing
  • Drive marketing automation initiatives: design, implement, and continuously optimise advanced automation workflows to nurture leads, support sales conversion, and boost retention.
  • Lead scoring & segmentation: develop and refine lead scoring models and contact segmentation based on behavioral signals, lifecycle stage, and engagement data.
  • Execute email marketing and lifecycle campaigns: create impactful email campaigns and multi-step flows for onboarding, upsell, and retention, leveraging marketing automation platforms.
Optimisation & Experimentation
  • CRO and funnel optimization: optimize every touchpoint in the funnel — from ads to landing pages to automated e-mail flows — to maximize conversions and reduce drop-off.
  • A/B testing: lead testing initiatives across ad creatives, landing pages, emails, and bidding strategies to continuously improve performance.

Analytics & Reporting

  • End-to-end campaign tracking to monitor performance across channels and touch points, ensuring accurate event tracking.
  • Performance reporting: update and build reports and dashboards that track KPIs, uncover trends, and inform strategy.
What you’ll bring

Experience

  • +5 years of experience in growth marketing, paid acquisition, and marketing automation, ideally in financial sector, b2b SaaS (fintech is a strong plus), or other fast-paced digital environments.
  • Proven success in executing high-budget paid acquisition campaigns across different ads platforms.
  • Solid experience working hands-on with CRM automation tools, including campaign workflows, segmentation, and lifecycle email flows.

Skills & Tools

  • Strong mastery of performance marketing metrics: CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub is a strong plus (automation workflows, list segmentation, lead scoring, campaign performance).
  • Proficiency with analytics and tracking tools.
  • Experience managing external agencies and ensuring performance alignment of third parties with the company’s business goals.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or CMS tools to collaborate on landing page creation.
