Join Altenar as a Senior Golang Software Developer with relocation to Malta.

About Altenar: Altenar provides sportsbook software and services to licensed gaming operators. We offer software-only products and fully-managed sports betting platforms, developed and operated in-house, powered by high-quality data feeds.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain REST API services for integration with other products.
• Develop micro-services and modules on Golang from scratch.
• Participate in architectural discussions.
• Conduct interviews.
• Address issues to prevent service failures.
• Review code of team members and write autotests.
• Update and maintain product documentation.
• Communicate effectively in English with colleagues.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of commercial experience in Go development.
• Experience with Kafka or similar message brokers.
• Experience working on high-load projects.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
