Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our Manufacturing Technology & Industrialization team in Palazzo Pignano (CR). The role focuses on leading international projects to develop and implement advanced production technologies for medical devices and pharmaceuticals, on-site with travel as needed.

You will drive process optimization, ensure regulatory and quality compliance, and collaborate across Development, Manufacturing and Value Stream to deliver robust,

Competenze

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Process Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience managing engineering or industrialization projects.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production technologies and manufacturing processes.
• Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other highly regulated industries is advantageous.
• Knowledge of GMP environments and Lean Manufacturing principles.

Mansioni

• Leading technical projects from concept through implementation with performance, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Managing project planning, budgeting, CAPEX requests, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
• Conducting feasibility studies, risk assessments, and technical evaluations to support decision-making.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements and facility optimization initiatives.
• Analyzing and resolving technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensuring regulatory compliance, quality standards, health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Creating and maintaining project documentation and reports.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and communicating project updates.
• Training operational staff and supporting implementation of new technologies.
• Acting as interface between Development, Manufacturing, and Value Stream.
• Supporting validation activities and implementation of new technologies.
• Promoting a strong safety culture.
