Fresenius Medical Care in Palazzo Pignano, Italy, seeks a proactive Quality Control Expert to support the QC Manager and oversee QC operations in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

You will coordinate inspections, testing, documentation, and release of materials, while collaborating with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure patient safety and product quality. English proficiency required.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years in quality control or similar role.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of quality systems and documentation.

Mansioni

• Support the QC Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating Quality Control activities.
• Coordinate day-to-day QC operations, aligning with production timelines and SAP release schedules.
• Ensure proper QC on incoming materials, components, semi-finished and finished products.
• Review and approve QC documentation and batch records.
• Release semi-finished products to the next manufacturing phase.
• Manage non-conformities, customer complaints and change controls.
• Coordinate outsourced microbiological testing and environmental monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
• Assist training within the QC team and act as deputy during absences.
