Case

Client is looking for an experienced Fullstack Solana Developer to join a fast-paced Web3 project. They are building a platform that allows users to launch new SPL tokens on Solana with full backend automation. No wallet interaction required. Candidate will be part of a mission-driven team developing backend-controlled minting, smart contract deployment, and liquidity provisioning.

What you will do :

• Design and build backend-controlled minting flows
• Develop integrations for smart contract deployment and liquidity provisioning (e.g., via Raydium)
• Create scalable backend services using PostgreSQL
• Contribute to architecture and backend systems for token lifecycle management

Must-have experience with :

• Multisig architecture
• PostgreSQL and backend data pipelines

Bonus points for :

• Experience with Raydium or other Solana-based DeFi protocols
• Familiarity with backend frameworks and CI / CD
• Prior work in token management systems with no wallet interaction

Preferences regarding the partner / candidates

• Experience in my industry;
• Proven track record / references
