We are looking for ambitious and self-driven candidates for the position of a Full Stack Software Engineer to expand our development multi-site team in Pisa. Our team develops financial innovation products that impact our clients' revenue generation and help them remain leaders in the fintech market.

In your daily work, you will be involved in all aspects of the software development lifecycle and collaborate closely with product management. You will work within a full-stack, collaborative, and innovative environment that encourages research into new technologies and challenges.

Responsibilities

• Designing, coding, and debugging software
• Improving the performance of existing software
• Providing training to other engineers
• Maintaining and upgrading software
• Recommending new technologies to enhance productivity
• Supervising technical aspects of projects
• Investigating and resolving software-related issues
• Participating in team meetings to discuss projects and solutions

Your skills and experience

• Experience with programming paradigms such as Object-oriented, Concurrent, Functional, or Asynchronous programming
• Familiarity with frameworks like Node.js, React, Angular, Spring
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of ATDD and TDD tools and practices
• Understanding of CI tools and best practices
• Proficiency with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and relevant IDEs
• Ability to handle complex projects and requirements
• Experience working as a Full Stack Developer for 3+ years
• Ability to work effectively in multi-functional, self-organized teams
• Rigorous, professional, and team-oriented approach

Your academic background

• Preferred: BSc, MSc, or PhD in Computer Engineering or Science from top-ranked universities in Engineering and Technology
