catworkx S.r.l. in Italy seeks a Senior Full-stack Software Engineer to own the Work Programme Java Enterprise web applications for planning, impact review, collaboration agreements and budget planning, plus a shared authorization toolkit and a new AI assistant based on LLM + RAG (Elasticsearch).

You should bring deep hands-on experience: 20 years Java, 20 years front-end, 15 years KendoUI, 15 years JPA, 10 years SQL, and a proven Elasticsearch + LLM/RAG project.

Competenze

• 20 years Java experience and 20 years front-end development.
• 15 years KendoUI and 15 years JPA.
• 10 years relational databases & SQL.
• Proven recent project with Elasticsearch + LLM / RAG.
• Italian and English B2+ proficiency.
• Total IT experience 15–22+ years depending on education.

Mansioni

• Take full ownership of the Work Programme Java Enterprise web applications.
• Maintain a shared role-based authorization toolkit and develop an AI assistant based on LLM + RAG (Elasticsearch).
