What Are We Looking For?

• 5+ years of frontend development experience, with at least 3 years working with Vue.js and Nuxt.js. React experience is a plus.
• Good understanding of backend technologies, ideally Node.js.
• Strong expertise in building clean, scalable, and maintainable frontend architectures.
• Experience leading technical projects and mentoring developers.
• Interest in or experience with team leadership and people management.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend engineers.
• Proactive problem-solver with ownership mindset.

What Will You Do?

Our technology team is developing a platform to help accommodation providers optimize their operations. We are heavily investing in R&D to double our product offerings by year-end, expanding our engineering team.

We seek a proven and experienced Senior Frontend Developer | Team Lead to join us. You will work hands-on on architecture, estimations, and implementation, collaborating closely with a cross-functional team and leading the engineering efforts. You will also provide leadership to engineers, conducting performance reviews and supporting their career development.

Your responsibilities include :

• Providing hands-on support : architecture design, estimations, implementation, and testing.
• People Management : leading a team of engineers, conducting 1 : 1 reviews, and fostering growth.
• Cross-functional collaboration : working within Scrum, liaising with Product Managers and Designers, and coordinating with the engineering lead on management and planning topics.
