Job summary

Behavox is seeking a Front Office Subject Matter Expert to own one or two asset classes, ensuring the Behavox Financial Data Model and Unified Risk Taxonomy reflect how trading desks and regulations work. The role supports product, engineering and data science teams, and collaborates with the revenue team in client meetings and proposals.

This remote-friendly position emphasizes AI-native, agentic workflows and requires 5+ years in front office or market data environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a front-office role or in market data at an exchange or trading venue.
• English language required; other languages are a plus.
• Hands-on experience with agentic workflows is a plus.
• Location open to remote candidates within Italy.

Responsibilities

• Define asset class data specifications, schemas and validation rules.
• Turn market abuse typologies into risk scenarios for Polaris.
• Maintain URT risk taxonomy and regulatory coverage.
• Support client meetings, demos and RFPs with the revenue team.
• Specify agent-based pipelines and manage GitLab workflows.
