Behavox is seeking a Front Office SME to own asset class data specifications and align BFDM with URT for trading desks, venues and regulation. You will turn market abuse typologies into Polaris risk scenarios and collaborate with product, engineering and data science.

This remote-friendly role is open to Italy-based candidates. Requirements include 5+ years in front office or market surveillance, English fluency, and experience with agentic workflows is a plus.

Formación

• 5+ years in front office, market surveillance, or front office data roles.
• English required; additional languages a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience with agentic workflows is a plus.
• Location: remote within Italy.

Responsabilidades

• Defines BFDM fields, schemas and validation rules for owned asset classes.
• Turns market abuse typologies into Polaris risk scenarios and validates outputs with engineering and DS.
• Maps owned asset classes to URT risk situations and regulatory requirements.
• Supports client engagements with SME-reviewed collateral alongside revenue teams.
• Writes clear specifications for agent-based pipelines and uses GitLab workflows.
