Jobgether seeks a Senior Front-End UI/UX Engineer based in Italy to shape intuitive, accessible, and high-quality interfaces for complex enterprise apps. You will blend strong front-end engineering with UI/UX and accessibility expertise within an ASP.NET MVC 5 environment, delivering usable, inclusive experiences.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–8+ years of professional software development with front-end focus.
• Strong HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, semantic markup.
• Experience implementing accessible web interfaces (WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA).
• Proficiency with C# and ASP.NET MVC 5 in Windows environments.
• RESTful API integration and front-end to back-end collaboration.
• Experience with SQL Server and data modeling.
• Knowledge of ARIA, keyboard navigation, and accessibility testing.
• Experience with UI/UX design principles and usability testing.
• Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD) and DevExpress components.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, and maintain accessible front-end interfaces for enterprise apps on ASP.NET MVC 5.
• Turn business needs into clean, intuitive, production-ready experiences.
• Apply UI/UX principles including IA, interaction design, visual hierarchy, usability, and responsive design.
• Ensure web accessibility per WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA and Section 508.
• Use semantic HTML, ARIA, keyboard navigation, and focus management.
• Test interfaces with assistive tech (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver) as appropriate.
• Develop full-stack .NET apps with C#, ASP.NET MVC 5, SQL Server in Windows env.
• Integrate front-end with RESTful APIs and internal/external systems.
• Prepare technical specifications and documentation.
• Write unit tests and support QA, usability testing, and releases.
• Troubleshoot complex UI issues and ensure cross-browser stability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, QA, and tech teams.
• Contribute to design reviews, accessibility audits, and UX improvements.
• Modernize legacy front-end components where possible.
