Skills and experiences

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the role.
• Experience in team management, mentoring, and professional development of team members.
• Experience in front-end design and architecture to meet customer needs with tailor-made technical solutions.
• Proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript (ES6+), and CSS3, writing clean and maintainable code.
• Advanced experience in developing enterprise applications and deep knowledge of at least one front-end framework like React.js or Next.js.
• Expertise in creating accessible web experiences following WAI-ARIA guidelines, with knowledge of Headless CMS and familiarity with GraphQL.
• Deep understanding of UX and UI design principles, collaborating with designers to create intuitive and responsive interfaces.
• Collaborative spirit working with cross-functional teams.
• Enthusiasm for innovation and emerging technologies.
• Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
