As demand for new recruiters grows on our platform, we're now vetting new recruiters based in Italy to work remotely on global projects, meeting the following criteria:

1. Extensive recruitment experience, both in-house or in agency
2. Mastery of the main sourcing techniques, including boolean search
3. Excellent stakeholder management and client service spirit
4. Proven track record of success recruiting in the Italian market
5. Proven track record of success hiring in a client-centric environment
