xFarm Technologies in Milano, Lombardy, Italy, seeks a Mid/Senior Mobile App Developer to own the mobile platform within our Smart Farming ecosystem. You will build and evolve apps using Flutter and Dart, align architectural decisions with the team, and bridge farm machinery with our digital platform through native plugins and platform channels.

The role emphasizes architecture, design systems, and RESTful API integration, with collaboration across product, design, and backend teams in a hybrid

Competenze

• 6+ years of professional mobile development.
• 3+ years working with Flutter and Dart.
• Solid understanding of architecture patterns (DDD, Hexagonal, Clean Architecture).
• Experience building and maintaining design systems.
• Experience with RESTful API integration and asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) and mobile release processes.
• Strong code review practice and attention to code quality.
• Fluency in Italian and English; other languages are a plus.

• Mobile App Development — Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart with clean architecture.
• Platform Ownership — Own feature lifecycle from design to release and influence the mobile roadmap.
• Machinery, In-Cab & Telemetry — Work with Bluetooth connectivity and MQTT-based telemetry pipelines.
• Design System & UI — Evolve the design system for consistent, accessible interfaces.
