TMC is seeking a seasoned firmware engineer based in Italy to design and develop embedded software in C and C++. You will participate in requirements and architecture, support validation, and troubleshoot complex issues with a collaborative team.

Excellent knowledge of I2C/UART/SPI and Zigbee/LoRa is expected, with fluency in Italian and English. The role offers a permanent contract with a base gross annual salary of at least €38,000, aligned with CCNL for Commerce – tertiary sectors.

Competenze

• M.Sc. in Electronics Engineering or Computer Science Engineering.
• 5+ years of related experience with full autonomy in coding in C and C++.
• Knowledge of embedded communication protocols (I2C, UART, SPI).
• Knowledge of wireless technologies (Zigbee, LoRa, etc.).
• Strong command of Italian and English.
• Motivation for the Employeneurship model at TMC.

Mansioni

• Participate to functional requirements collection and architecture definition.
• Design and develop firmware with C and C++.
• Support the system validation strategy.
• Troubleshoot issues with in-depth analysis and coordination with other team members.
• Share technical knowledge with other team members.
• Produce technical documentation.
