Descrizione del lavoro

As a senior member of the Firmware team, you play a leading role in developing our IoT device portfolio. You contribute to the entire product lifecycle, including requirements, firmware development (in C), tools (certification, ATE), testing (C and Python), and maintenance (investigating and resolving field issues). You may manage junior colleagues and collaborate closely with other teams to improve our solutions.

Your profile : Organized, structured, and rigorous, with strong analytical and systematic problem-solving skills. You are eager to document your work and share essential information. You enjoy working on interdisciplinary topics and finding innovative solutions. A self-reliant team player with a proven track record, you possess strong communication skills and can manage others' work effectively.

Bonus points for : Extensive software development experience (10+ years), especially in C for embedded microcontrollers; deep understanding of RTOS and real-time troubleshooting; proficiency in low-level drivers and high-level logic in resource-constrained environments; experience with code reviews, unit and system testing; ability to interpret schematics; experience with lab instrumentation for debugging; capability to handle concurrent tasks. Nice to have: background in IoT, Wi-Fi, BLE, ISM RF, EMC considerations, PLC; experience in people and project management; fluency in English; additional languages are a plus; valid work permit for Italy or EU nationality. Starting date: October 2025.
