About the Role

As a Financial Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for the accounting and financial management of several Italian Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs). You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, and supporting the budgeting process, while closely collaborating with cross-functional departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update trial balances on a monthly basis for Italian SPVs.
• Prepare monthly cash flow reports and forecasts.
• Project budgets planning and variance analysis.
• Assist in the migration to a new ERP accounting system.
• Bank accounts management and control.
• Review and validate employee expenses and reimbursements.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors to ensure accurate and timely tax filings and compliance with local regulations.
• Support audits.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar financial/accounting role, preferably within the energy or infrastructure sector.
• Solid knowledge of Italian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Italian and English is highly valued.
• Team-oriented with a proactive and hands-on attitude.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
