We are seeking an experienced FP&A Senior Program Manager to drive process improvement initiatives within the EMEA FP&A functions in alignment with Global FP&A requirements.

This strategic role will focus on enhancing FP&A capabilities, implementing best practices, and ensuring operational excellence across EMEA region while supporting the Director EMEA in reporting, planning, and consolidation activities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support the deployment and implementation of operational systems and methodologies
  • Drive standardization of processes in accordance with Global FP&A strategies
  • Partner with the Director EMEA on reporting, planning, and consolidation activities
  • Ensure adherence to global processes
  • Coordinate with Finance Managers to maintain consistent financial management information

Requirements

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 8+ years of FP&A experience in B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of operational excellence and process standardization
  • Experience in implementing operational systems and methodologies
  • Advanced financial modeling and analysis skills
  • Proven track record in process improvement and change management capabilities
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience working in complex matrix organizations

Technical Skills :

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) preferred
  • Process mapping and Lean Six Sigma knowledge
  • Expert-level data mining and analysis capabilities
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and manage uncertainty
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Outstanding communication skills (written, numerical, and visual)
  • Strong business acumen with profit-driven mindset
  • Proven experience in international and culturally diverse environments
