Job Description: A Business Controller is required to join our Finance Team. This key partner will provide guidance, insights, and analysis to support the organization in making informed decisions and achieving business targets.

The Business Controller will analyze the Italian market to provide a comprehensive overview of the business. They will forecast sales targets, identify potential risks and opportunities, and support budgeting and forecasting processes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate, timely, and reliable business reports to support retail analysis and drive retail decisions;
• Analyze the Italian market to provide a full overview of the business;
• Forecast sales targets and identify potential risks and opportunities;
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes for incentive systems, rewards, and labor costs;
• Work closely with the Retail Department to provide relevant financial information to support their key strategic initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in Economics or equivalent;
• 3-4 years of experience in a Planning & Control Department;
• A good level of English;
• Knowledge of SAP, Targetik, Power BI (a plus);
• Strong motivation, passion for the job, strong leadership, results-driven approach;
