You will play a vital role in ensuring financial integrity and drive improvements in accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US-GAAP or IFRS and excellent communication skills. Competenze

• Strong knowledge in US-GAAP or IFRS and any other local GAAP.
• Experience in Accounting and financial reporting.
• Operational Accounting experience.

Key job responsibilities

• Drive and participate in national and international accounting projects
• Worldwide business partnering within the Amazon group liaising with Tax and Legal departments
• Integration of new regions into the existing processes
• Responsibility for month-end quarter-end and year-end closing of financial books.
• Assessment and evaluation of GAAP to GAAP differences
• Drive improvements in accounting processes internal workflows and the implementation of best practices
• Bachelors degree in accounting or related field

• Experience in identifying incomplete or inaccurate data identifying the root cause and creating / implementing an escalation plan
