Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Controlling
• Systems updates & Masterdata maintenance
• Monthly/quarterly closing and reporting activities for the respective area
• Review the major sales variations versus budget cycles, understanding the key drivers and providing management with insights for decision-making
• End-to-end financial planning & forecasting responsibility for the respective area
• Provide insightful financial analysis and scenario-thinking to drive strategic prioritization
• Continuous improvement in the way of working, enhance efficiency and effectiveness of processes

• Compliance
• Comply with J&J worldwide financial, Healthcare Compliance, and Business Conduct procedures and drive accountability throughout the organization
• Ensure compliance with local regulations

• Business Partnering
• Influence business leadership in financial decision-making
• Lead and supervise performance against business plan commitments for the respective area
• Bring an external focus and establish connections with internal and external partners that drive business performance
• Participate in EMEA and cross-sector initiatives
• Actively champion a deep collaboration between all finance groups

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance/economics/accounting is required
• A minimum of 3-4 years finance or related business experience is required; experience in a reputable audit company is preferred
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• SAP knowledge preferred
• Exceptional financial and analytical skills
• Excellent command of both oral and written English and Italian
• Strong communication and analytical skills and a proactive mindset
• High-level knowledge of financial automation tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, AI-based applications for data analysis and automatic reporting

Experience Required

• Broad-based FP&A and business partnering experience preferred
• Experience of working in a regional/global organization with complex & interdependent business relationships
• Proven track record of high performance and driving improvements across a complex business environment
