The Senior Finance Analyst will report to the Senior Business Controller.

Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Controlling
- Systems updates & Masterdata maintenance
- Monthly/quarterly closing and reporting activities for the respective area
- Review the major sales variations versus budget cycles, understanding the key drivers and providing management with insights for decision-making
- End-to-end financial planning & forecasting responsibility for the respective area
- Provide insightful financial analysis and scenario-thinking to drive strategic prioritization
- Continuous improvement in the way of working, enhance efficiency and effectiveness of processes
- Compliance
- Comply with J&J worldwide financial, Healthcare Compliance, and Business Conduct procedures and drive accountability throughout the organization
- Ensure compliance with local regulations
- Business Partnering
- Influence business leadership in financial decision-making
- Lead and supervise performance against business plan commitments for the respective area
- Bring an external focus and establish connections with internal and external partners that drive business performance
- Participate in EMEA and cross-sector initiatives
- Actively champion a deep collaboration between all finance groups
Qualifications
- Master's degree in finance/economics/accounting is required
- A minimum of 3-4 years finance or related business experience is required; experience in a reputable audit company is preferred
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- SAP knowledge preferred
- Exceptional financial and analytical skills
- Excellent command of both oral and written English and Italian
- Strong communication and analytical skills and a proactive mindset
- High-level knowledge of financial automation tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, AI-based applications for data analysis and automatic reporting
Experience Required
- Broad-based FP&A and business partnering experience preferred
- Experience of working in a regional/global organization with complex & interdependent business relationships
- Proven track record of high performance and driving improvements across a complex business environment
