Offerta

The Senior Finance & Administration Manager will be responsible for the following activities:

• Manage month-end closing and reconciliations for IFRS-compliant reports.
• Oversee the Annual Report preparation, including financial statements and regulatory filings.
• Collaborate with FP&A to ensure consistency and insights in financial reviews.
• Improve finance and accounting efficiency through technology and practices. Ensure accurate recording of transactions, including payables and receivables.
• Oversee revenue and expense recognition in compliance with standards.
• Maintain and update the Accounting Manual to reflect regulations and company policies.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls for IFRS and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee the annual audit process, coordinating with external auditors.
• Prepare accurate reports for quarterly Board of Statutory Auditors meetings.
• Lead and manage the team in Italy and international subsidiaries (10 people), support team development, set goals, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Competenze ed esperienza

The successful applicant has the following skills:

• 5-8 years of experience in a supervisory financial role;
• Strong expertise in financial reporting and advanced proficiency with IFRS;
• In-depth knowledge of business processes (Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay) and their impact on financial operations;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel;
• Fluent in English (spoken and written);
• High integrity, professionalism, and diplomatic approach;
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively while meeting deadlines;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and analyze large volumes of data while maintaining a strategic overview;
• Excellent planning and multitasking abilities, with a focus on both team and personal deliverables.
