Senior Field Service Technician, Monza-Brianza

Location: Monza-Brianza, Italy

Seltis Management Search, a leading company in the supply and dental equipment sector, is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to join their team. The selected candidate will report directly to the Service Manager and will be responsible for providing technical assistance, installation, and maintenance of dental equipment, both new and used, supporting clients in pre and post-sales phases.

Position

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate between the Service department and sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Install new equipment and provide post-sales support.
  3. Resolve technical issues on dental equipment and analyze existing installations.
  4. Report on activities performed.
  5. Develop revenue through optimization of services offered.
  6. Previous experience in technical assistance, preferably in multinational environments.
  7. Good manual skills, dynamism, and organizational ability.
  8. Excellent problem-solving skills and sense of responsibility.
  9. Good knowledge of English and proficiency in main IT packages (Office); knowledge of SAP and Lotus is a plus.
  10. Goal and result-oriented attitude.
