TARCG - The Aviation Recruitment & Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Field Service Representative to operate across Europe, with responsibility for technical liaison with aircraft operators and maintenance teams. The role is home/field-based, requiring strong technical judgement and customer-facing credibility.

The candidate must hold an EASA Part-66 B1 or B2 licence, possess extensive Gulfstream systems knowledge, and be able to travel up to 75% to support Italy and wider European

Qualifications

• EASA Part-66 B1 or B2 licence or equivalent is required.
• Gulfstream systems, troubleshooting, and fault-finding knowledge preferred.
• Experience across scheduled, unscheduled and AOG maintenance is essential.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%).
• European base from which to support the territory is expected.

Responsibilities

• Act as regional technical point of contact for aircraft operators and flight departments.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support across the assigned territory.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of aircraft defects and technical issues.
• Support and coordinate AOG and non-AOG events.
• Provide technical guidance to operators and maintenance organisations.
• Coordinate with engineering, product support and specialist technical teams.
• Support aircraft Entry Into Service and post-delivery technical matters.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with operators throughout the region.
