We are recruiting for individuals to join our global Pre-Award Feasibility group as a Senior / Feasibility Strategy Leader. The team is open to candidates with experience working across all phases of clinical trial feasibility. Reporting to the Director, Strategic Feasibility, this position can be homebased in the EMEA region.

The Senior / Feasibility Strategy Leader functions as a key contributor to the proposal team to support Parexel in winning new business. They are responsible for delivering, in collaboration with the Patient Recruitment Strategy (PRS) and Site Alliance (SA) groups, an optimized integrated strategic approach to deliver the right countries, sites, and patients for Request for Proposals (RFPs) on all types and phases of studies, including programs. We seek candidates with excellent communication and time management skills to ensure all deliverables are completed within required timelines, meeting proposal team needs. Strong analytical and writing skills are essential to adopt a data-driven approach to feasibility and to produce clear, concise, and persuasive proposal texts.

Requirements include:

• Ideally educated to at least a Bachelor of Science level or higher (e.g., Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Master’s, MD, PhD)
• Relevant clinical research experience managing international clinical trials
• Prior project leadership or site-based study coordination experience
• Demonstrated expertise in feasibility requirements
• Experience in developing clinical trial strategies, modeling enrollment scenarios, and selecting countries/sites
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Strong prioritization skills to resolve conflicting priorities and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities with the ability to influence others
• Creative problem-solving skills supporting a client-focused approach
