Job Description

• Manage energy storage operation and maintenance project processes, KPIs, and key tasks
• Control project costs and budgets
• Improve internal controls and service quality
• Develop project processes and digital systems
• Manage key service projects
• Build and lead cross-cultural teams

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in science, technology, power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to respond effectively to complex situations
• Excellent leadership skills to motivate and manage teams
• At least 10 years of experience in operation and maintenance, with a basic understanding of the new energy market
• Proficiency in English; multilingual skills are a plus
• Ability to set team goals, assign tasks, and foster collaboration
• Sales experience in power batteries, electrical appliances, or new energy is preferred
• Willing to travel overseas; overseas experience is a plus
