Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage energy storage operation and maintenance project performance (KPIs and key tasks)
2. Control project costs and budgets
3. Improve internal control and service quality of projects
4. Develop and implement process and digital system improvements
5. Manage key service projects
6. Build and lead cross-cultural teams

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology; majors in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation preferred
2. Strong decision-making skills for complex and urgent situations
3. Excellent leadership skills to motivate and manage teams
4. At least 10 years of experience in operation and maintenance, with a basic understanding of the new energy market
5. Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); multilingual skills preferred
6. Ability to set team goals, assign tasks, and foster collaboration
7. Sales experience in power batteries, electrical appliances, or new energy sector preferred
8. Willing to travel abroad; overseas experience is a plus
