Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage energy storage operation and maintenance project performance (KPIs and key tasks)
2. Control project costs and budgets
3. Improve internal controls and service quality
4. Construct project processes and digital systems
5. Manage key service projects
6. Build cross-cultural teams

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation
2. Strong decision-making skills, able to judge quickly and respond effectively in complex situations
3. Excellent team leadership and management skills
4. Over 10 years of experience in operation and maintenance, with a basic understanding of the new energy market
5. Good English skills; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
6. Ability to set team goals, delegate tasks, and foster collaboration
7. Sales experience in power batteries, electrical appliances, or new energy is preferred
8. Willing to travel overseas; overseas experience is a plus
