Responsibilities

1. Manage energy storage operation and maintenance project processes, KPIs, and key tasks.
2. Control project costs and budgets for energy storage operations and maintenance.
3. Improve internal control and service quality of energy storage projects.
4. Develop and implement process and digital system constructions for energy storage operations.
5. Manage key projects related to energy storage services.
6. Build and lead cross-cultural teams.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's or master's degree or above, preferably in science and technology, power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation engineering.
2. Strong decision-making skills with the ability to make accurate judgments quickly in complex situations.
3. Excellent leadership skills to motivate and manage professional teams.
4. Over 10 years of experience in operation and maintenance, with a basic understanding of the new energy market.
5. Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
6. Ability to define team goals, assign tasks effectively, and promote collaboration.
7. Sales experience in the power battery/electrical appliance industry or in new energy sales is preferred.
8. Willing to travel overseas; overseas experience is advantageous.
