Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage energy storage operation and maintenance project processes, KPIs, and key tasks.
2. Control costs and budgets for energy storage projects.
3. Improve internal controls and service quality of energy storage projects.
4. Develop and enhance process and digital system construction for energy storage operations.
5. Manage key projects related to energy storage services.
6. Build and lead cross-cultural teams.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or master's degree or higher, preferably in science and technology, power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation engineering.
2. Strong decision-making skills, able to judge accurately and respond effectively in complex or urgent situations.
3. Excellent leadership skills to motivate and manage a professional operation and maintenance team.
4. Minimum of 10 years' experience in operation and maintenance, with a basic understanding of the new energy market.
5. Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); multilingual skills are a plus.
6. Ability to set team goals, delegate tasks, and foster collaboration.
7. Sales experience in power batteries, electrical appliances, or new energy sectors is preferred.
8. Willingness to travel overseas; overseas experience is advantageous.
