Responsibilities

1. Manage energy storage operation and maintenance project processes, KPIs, and key tasks
2. Control project costs and budgets
3. Improve internal control and service quality of energy storage projects
4. Develop and implement process and digital system improvements
5. Manage key projects related to service
6. Build and lead cross-cultural teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in science, technology, power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation
• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to respond effectively to complex and urgent situations
• Excellent leadership skills to motivate and manage teams
• Over 10 years of experience in operation and maintenance, with a basic understanding of the new energy market
• Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); multilingual skills are a plus
• Ability to set goals, delegate tasks, and foster team collaboration
• Sales experience in power batteries, electrical appliances, or new energy sectors is preferred
• Willingness to travel abroad; overseas experience is advantageous
