Responsibilities

1. Manage energy storage operation and maintenance project performance (KPIs and key tasks)
2. Control project costs and budgets
3. Improve internal controls and service quality
4. Develop project processes and digital systems
5. Manage key service projects
6. Build and lead cross-cultural teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation preferred
• Good decision-making skills, able to handle complex and urgent situations
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage teams
• Over 10 years of experience in operation and maintenance, with understanding of the new energy market
• Proficiency in English; additional languages preferred
• Ability to set team goals, delegate tasks, and promote collaboration
• Sales experience in power batteries, electrical appliances, or new energy preferred
• Willing to travel overseas; overseas experience preferred
