Job summary

CRIF S.p.A. in Bologna is seeking an ERM Analyst Senior to join the Enterprise Risk Management team. You will support risk profiling, KRIs, risk reporting and the continuous improvement of the risk framework, under seniors guidance.

Candidates should have about 2 years in ERM or related fields, a degree in engineering, economics or law, familiarity with COSO/ISO, strong English, and an analytical mindset. The role offers a permanent contract with starting salary of 36,000 EUR gross per year.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, ICT Risk, Internal Audit or related area.
• Degree in engineering, economics, law or equivalent field.
• Knowledge of risk assessment concepts and risk management processes.
• Familiarity with COSO ERM, ISO 31000 or COBIT is an advantage.
• Knowledge of DORA and EU AI Act implications for tech risk and resilience.
• Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Proficient with data, spreadsheets and structured documentation, KRIs and dashboards advantageous.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support activities related to maintenance of ISO certifications, including risk assessments and documentation.
• Assist risk assessment activities including collection and monitoring of KRIs.
• Maintain the Risk Register and governance tools, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
• Track risk mitigation actions and follow up with action owners.
• Prepare periodic reports, dashboards and management presentations.
• Support ERM methodologies, templates and guidance materials.
