Baker Hughes is seeking an Instrumentation & Electrical Senior Engineer to drive design and packaging projects in our Industrial & Energy Technology team. As Instrument and Electrical Packaging Senior Engineer (Senior Engineer, Product Design and Engineering - Automation & Control), you will act as the primary interface between Instrumentation Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Electrical Packager Suppliers, ensuring technical compliance, execution readiness, and scalable design solutions that support business growth, operational efficiency, and flawless project execution for packaging activities.
You will lead initiatives aimed at reducing defects, improving first-pass yield, accelerating execution, and strengthening supplier integration while ensuring compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and Baker Hughes engineering practices.
Moreover, as a Senior Instrumentation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing electrical and instrumentation systems and arrangements in compliance with international standards, for the assigned projects, supporting business-critical projects and ensuring technical excellence, safety, and regulatory compliance.

The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 45,087 To 83,000. The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay.
