Alpitronic Americas LLC is seeking a software engineer to integrate and adapt payment solutions for customers. You will develop in C++ on embedded Linux, ensure performance, and write tests to protect quality.

The role requires strong problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and effective communication in English, with Italian/German as a plus. The position emphasizes ongoing learning, code reviews, and contributing to a high-tech e-mobility environment in Trentino region.

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, OOP, multithreading, memory management, debugging and performance optimization.
• Experience in C++, embedded Linux development, SQL databases (MySQL/SQLite).
• Solid knowledge of payment solutions.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, TCP/IP networks and protocols.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Independent, analytical, team-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English; Italian and/or German is a plus.

Mansioni

• Integrate new payment solutions and adapt existing ones to customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues related to payment solutions and write clean, efficient, well-documented code.
• Write tests to ensure quality and prevent regressions; optimize applications for performance and scalability.
