Alpitronic Americas LLC seeks a market-driven professional to lead partnerships and product strategy in the cashless/e-mobility space. You will monitor market evolution, define supplier collaborations, and align with Product Management, Service, Legal and Procurement.

The role requires a Master’s degree in engineering or management, several years in payment terminals, knowledge of EV charging/AFIR and OCPP, plus fluency in English, German or Italian as a plus.

Competenze

• Master's degree in electronics/automation/electrical engineering or management engineering.
• Several years of experience in payment terminals or payment acceptance with unattended payments.
• Knowledge of EV charging and AFIR requirements.
• Strong understanding of acquirer/PSP business models; familiarity with international payment standards and regulations.
• Familiarity with OCPP and charger integration.
• Fundamentals of Product Management and Project Management.
• Excellent knowledge of English, German and/or Italian are a plus.

Mansioni

• Monitor and understand market evolution and customer needs related to credit card terminals and payment solutions, in collaboration with Product Management.
• Steer the definition of partnerships with key suppliers, aiming at ensuring a lifecycle partner support across product stages.
• Scout emerging technologies and innovation regarding cashless solutions, in collaboration with Product Management and R&D.
• Actively monitor key Payment Terminal industry regulation, join technical committees when needed.
• Support Product Management in training of sales forces on Cashless topics to ensure dissemination of key elements.
• Support Product Management operations over the product lifecycle evolution from requirements to release and deployment.
